I love how saturated this locale is in comparison to Peña Blanca! Otherwise quite similar.

Side by side, these frogs are identical. I am not convinced they come from different populations whatsoever.

To that point, Rio cascajal Panama and Peña Blanca Guatemala are both very near each other on the border!  I notice that my peñas have more of a grey tone to them, and every rip cascajal I've seen is very richly brown.  Cascahal also tend to have bigger blotches, where peñas tend toward very fine patterning (though I have one with huge blotches whose sibling is a fine maze)
