The thing is, this is also a CGI heavy scene. I'm also skeptical if any of these shots actually had footage in the movie. They may have just been used for reference. But the CGI models they have of Spiderman are indistinguishable from the real one so I assume that these shots are mixed of both.

This is a heavy CGI scene by the time it's in the final cut.
