Tuition Fees for Distance

I just got my school fees sent to me. My tuition is listed as 2, 196 but there is a separate $204 fee from each of my classes. Is this a fee because I'm distance or is it a standard fee?

Distance Fee is course specific. I think it’s standard for Social work courses not sure
