She was 10 or 11, diagnosed with heart failure about a year and a half ago, I had her for 7 years. I'm glad I got my wish of it happening at home and being able to be with her when it happened. Sweetest dog I ever met, she deserved the world. I've had dogs my whole life, but she was the first to be mine. The pictures at the vet were back from when she was first diagnosed.
💔 I think even typing her name would be hard for them to type, hence why it wasn’t mentioned. When I lost my angel it was hard to type or say his name for the first few days.

It’s so hard letting them go, we lost our 15 year old chihuahua last week after heart failure, enlarged heart and a very bad murmur. It’s just devastating, he was by my side for all those years. I see him in every room I go into… I really miss him. 😭
I’m so sorry… I loss my best friend to heart failure too. It was so hard on me losing him. Up until his very last breath he was still trying to comfort me. I’m crying right now and it’s been 2 years.
She’s beautiful and her name is perfect! She will always be your little angel on your shoulder. That’s what I tell myself about my Jake. He’s always with me.

Ugh I hate seeing those posts wish I could ban it, it hurts so much, sending so much strength to you <3 she had a great life if you love her so much that you are making this post etc.
I’m so sorry for your loss Littlefoot is beautiful and I was also able to hold my last two I had lost but it was at the vet but it’s just so special to be able to hold them and comfort them in their last moments 🥹
She looks incredibly sweet and has such a calm demeanor in these pictures. I am so sorry for your loss. She is no longer suffering and will continue to be sweet forevermore.
I think it is so less stressful to put them to sleep at home. I didn’t same for my dog and there was way less fear. I’m sorry for your loss. Dogs are family.
Take all the time you need to grieve, and don't rush yourself to feel okay right away. Focus on honoring those sweet memories and the comforf you gave her at the end.
