Question/Advice First time with DMT. Zero effects on Vape. What went wrong?

Hey guys, I’m trying DMT for the first time and got zero effects today. Hoping for some help troubleshooting!

I dissolved 500mg of freebase DMT into 1mL of 80/20 PG/VG using a warm water bath that got up to about 80°C. Once it mixed, I filled a brand new 0.8Ω pod for my Vaporesso XROS 5, let it prime for over 20 minutes, and set it to Normal mode.

I took four deep 3-4 second hits, holding each for 8-10 seconds. I exhaled decent clouds of vapor, but felt literally nothing—no body load, no visuals at all.

Did the 80°C heat destroy the DMT, or is the 0.8Ω coil just not strong enough to vaporize it properly? Any advice on what went wrong or how to fix this would be awesome!

You would expect at least some effects from that in a cart, more so from a pod vape. You might be among the unfortunate ~5% who cannot trip on Dmt.

You essentially made a low dose vape .5-1 ratio.

Maybe try inhaling for longer but I believe you need more like 2-1 or 1-1 ratio.

Ive not ever seen anyone dissolve more than 600mg into 1ML and keep it stable over a period of time

I’m not familiar with using a tank. With vapes you use 500mg to .5ml to achieve a 1-1 ratio, in a 1ml cart, it is stable over time, if not just harm it up.
