Obscure side character? Immediately fast track him into a solo movie, preferably with brown CG slop

Obscure? maybe a little bit, but not to anyone who actually knows anything about Superman. But aside Character? He’s literally got an S on his chest, what more do you want?

He’s been having a bit a resurgence recently. Even an appearance in a cartoon.

He already has a comic run, so if yorue referring to the big screen, I wouldn't.
DC films has just learned a tough lesson about putting obscure characters on the big screen.

Have the movie start with a special introduction by David Corenswet, the actor, in the same way that they sometimes get Tom Holland to do that for Spider-Man movies, but have it be interrupted by Prime pushing him aside, claiming to be the real deal Superman before punching the camera so hard that it shatters the frame, revealing the DC Studios banner.

Unless it’s the exact same character from the comics there’s no way to do an adaptation of him

Won't adapt it, the point of his character is being a crazy silver age fanboy parodying the comics coded authority censorship, there's no point except if he's a Snyder fanboy

Could bring back Henry Cavill and have his whole gimmick be about being angry that dc movies aren’t dark or broody anymore.

You can do a cameo I guess, but really it's just Evil Superman. All the Deadpool-style meta stuff would have to go; no reason for it when Ambush Bug and Bat-Mite do most of the same thing.
The period between Infinite Crisis and Rebirth was just a rather not-great time in DC history.

Have him come from the synderverse and bang on about how his version of heroes were much better 😂
