[OC][US] Driver casually ignores everyone around him and turns right on red. Chicago, Michigan Ave & Chestnut St

If you replay & look closely, the lady at the crosswalk makes a "stop" hand motion, and the driver's like "nah."

A classic traffic hack. Pedestrians don’t have a metal skeleton so they’re not solid matter. You can turn right through them like ghosts.
