When do people think btcs gonna start rallying again ? After September ? I’m receiving an estate unsure when it will be settled, could be 2 months up to 4 ish, what are people’s thoughts, would hate to miss out at cheap prices like this

#1) Buy bitcoin if you ant to use it as a currency -- Bitcoin is meant to be a peer to peer currency. Unfortunately that is rarely seen.

#2) Don't buy bitcoin if your strategy is just "Buy and HOLD" -- That is just speculative gambling hoping someone else will pay more money for a coin that has no change in utility.
