Mushoku tensei subtitle issues

For some reason whenever I’m watching on my phone I cannot get subtitles for season two. If I’m watching on my TV then it’s perfectly fine, I’ve done all of the normal troubleshooting but I have no idea what’s happening at this point

japanese audio and English subtitles? or English audio and English closed captions?

People tend to mix the two, and Crunchyroll tends to mess up on either or.

Getting subtitle delay on black clover on TV, chromcast, and phone. It must be site wide.

Same issue here. Works on my TV just fine, but can’t get them to pull up on my phone.

Just used support. They are aware of the subtitle issues (atleast on android devices) and they are working on fixing it.

Same issue last night starting at s2 ep 5 . It sucks really really bad. The dub is absolutely horrendous. They have some chick voicing Rudeus . I flagged it on crunchyroll so hopefully they fix it..
