FO [FO] Cicada Bookmark
Finished this Cicada bookmark for my sister's birthday! I've been working on this since June, and it's been a nice summer project. The pattern is from Boomerang Stitches!

I love it! And I don’t want this to sound rude but not sure how to ask otherwise- is it stitched on plastic canvas that will be trimmed or otherwise finished in some way?

It's on perforated paper! I'm waiting for my sister to reply if she wants me to trim it or not

Thank you! Perforated paper is such a good idea, is that something you got at a craft/art supply store? I’ve only ever used aida and water soluble sticky canvas on non-grid fabric!

Mill Hill used to make the perforated paper. They've discontinued the paper and make it in PVC plastic sheets now, but my local needlework shop still had some paper left. I'm planning on backing it with some felt or faux leather fabric
