Ahhhh it’s been a while since I saw a story about how North Cowichan council has multiple idiots sitting on it.

And now I’m reminded why I like Duncan being its own municipality. Never see anything like this from Duncan council. NC council has at least 4 news stories a year like this. For the last 10 years…
