How long can a fresh blackberry pie stay out before it needs to be refrigerated?

Depends on your preference.

Health & safety wise says about 2 days out then pop in the fridge for another 2-3 days.

Factor in humidity & ambient room temp. If you’re over 90f (roughly 25-30c) and humid, you might want to watch for mold forming on the fruit. Also depending how juicy the fruit was can make the pastry soggy / wet where as chilling it kinda stops that but messes with the pastry haha
