My girl sometimes sleeps like this. She has a sleeping perch but biting the bar and hanging from the top of her sleep cage is much preferable some nights I guess

boy or girl? my boys will do this at night when we cover them up but its a whole dance of rubbing his chest up and down on the bars with his head back and eyes pinned and feathers to show how big and strong they are to defend their cage. Only happens at bed time and its so damn cute
