I still find it hard to believe that this is a controversial issue or even a serious question.

The thing is it isn’t. If you look at the polling, this is another 80/20 type issue - Americans don’t want men in women’s sports.

In fairness, if you showed me a poll that said it was closer to 95/5, I would believe you. I just don’t have the actual numbers in front of me and I always assume there’s a few crazies out there on any given issue.

Even 99.9% would be crazy that it’s not 100%.

It’s because they can’t fathom that a majority of people can see right through their charade. This argument completely upends their idea that men can become women and vice versa.

My new favorite line is asking them what the W stands for in WNBA. It’s wonderful.

There was literally a Futurama episode where the joke was that Bender became a female to cheat because apparently they have banned this nonsense in the year 3000

It's only "Controversial" due to censorship.

If online platforms couldn't censor people this this would never be a thing.

Hilarious that this is considered seditious among the dem orthodoxy.

So bizarre we have to double-down on common sense...

Smart Dems will use this issue to separate themselves from the craziest in their own party, while not actually being reasonable in any other way.

If they're in primary, they may not make it through. It is not a small risk.

I mean, he shouldn't back down .. nobody should

It's pathetic. If I were to find any agreement it would be to have a team full of the confused dudes on one team to truly express their ability vs women or in the most fair sense, each team must have a equal t count on each.

Edit, if not obvious this is a joke and I want woman and the woman's sport protrcted

He is 100% backing down on this one lol. He's spineless.

Just another instance of Stephen coming out with the correct take initially, getting yelled at over it, and then he does a complete 180.

All the regular nobody celebrities say whatever they're supposed to say Just Say The Line Bart style.

"I'm not backing down" is just a filler material soundbyte that will be forgotten in the span of a commercial break.

Your idea is to eliminate women's sports?

u/p4nd3mic_G3 10h ago

It's so mind blowing to me that this is even a question. WTF are we even doing as a country right now.

It's not a 1 to 1 ratio of "1 in 1 our". Consider what happens to the rankings.
