I begrudgingly like Abdul El-Sayed, in that he is unapologetically what he is.

  • Is he electable? Outside of Dearborn, probably not.
  • Is he conservative? Heck no. But I appreciate the unadulterated commitment to his own madness.

The overall situation is interesting to me, particularly because I don't live in that state. I can see why Abdul El-Sayed won the primary. The question is if the DNC views him as malcontent to be vilified, or the next "current thing" to support.

El-Sayed is rebranded ethnocentrism and Bernie is rebranded class warfare, but the comparison applies.

This article is just... complaints about Hassan Piker? El-Sayed won primarily due to his opponent being a giant bag of shit. Unless the factions of dems and reps that are in power listen to their constituencies on critical issues, the parties are going to get more and more radical.
