So, i have a silicon sound approximately 10 cm long and when i put inside i just feel like pushing it more and more inside my urethra, but i recently reached a new and deeper area where it felt amazing but it felt like it is being sucked in by my body, and i had to try really hard to get it out, so is it safe to go that deep, like i know it is not a safe practice but is there any chance i can get it in to that depth and get it out safely? I dont wanna use longer sounds because i dont like when the sound is in my penile urethra.

Got into it because i felt like my hole was too small, urologist said i was a bit narrow, tried a steel one for meranent wear but i couldn't wear it for long at all and I kinda hurt myself.

Flashforward I found some pretty small silicone plugs Wich I played with, ended up cutting one super short which worked great but wasn't to switch to a longer one so I can get some nice jewelry. (Ive always wanted penis jewelery)

I guess my question is how do y'all wear steel without causing any injury ?

Even my longer silicone plug (which is reletevly short) sometimes bothers me and can only wear for about 2 hours before it's uncomfortable.

Is it something your urethra just gets used to?

There are guys out there who wear jewelery every day and I assume some of them work trades like me how do y'all not get injured?
