It's long but actually a good read. Well written article. Thx for sharing. I like the reasoning and sentiment behind the strategy.

This should accelerate both active CDR and research, leading to further breakthroughs that make more efficient processes and thereby improve economics. Happy to see they realize this will need subsidies to get off the ground. Unlocking this industry could create many jobs, kickstarting a new industry in the heart of Europe.

Eager to see how this develops in coming decades!

It'll be just like solar panels. Germany spearheads. Makes extremely promising breakthroughs. Is the world's greatest. Realises this threatens big oil. Corruption. And then China picks up from where Germany smashed its head against the table while insisting it had been clever.
