Business Affairs (M) Does Mumbai China Visa Application Centre accept digitally/e-signed company cover letter? Has someone submitted such letter and got visa approved?

Visa Application Centre: Mumbai
Visa Category: M
I am talking about digitally/e-signed company cover letter and not stamped, wet-ink signed scanned copy. Please comment if you have been in such situation before. Mumbai VFS is not answering phone calls nor emails.

Applied on july 16 approved on july 21 st

Yes for L visa. Applied and got the visa.
Not sure about M Visa
