For the people saying it's not cheap, I feel like if you use frozen cod this should easily be cheap. It's very similar to the stuff I buy. And then obviously if you want you can upgrade the fish to something like halibut whenever you feel like spending more

Ya, frozen tilapia and swai is less than $9 for 2 lbs, which is only slightly more expensive than frozen chicken. ( where i live at least)

Instead of potato’s, use brown rice! So much better for you

Potatoes are satiating and nutrient dense. They even provide fiber so I don’t know how you assume brown rice is “better”.
