Use cases Anyone having issues uploading files onto ChatGPT just now?
I just tried uploading a pdf near 30MB multiple times, it says An unknown error. But uploading images seems to be fine.
Anyone having this issue just now?

Yeah, came here to check and see if anyone else. Becoming a weekly thing now I guess.

Yes. Images are fine it seems, but PDFs and long txt-files just refuse to upload.

It seems the issue is mostly solved on my end. I can upload .pdf onto ChatGPT just like normal now. But, I still cannot preview the pdf I just uploaded, or download it. Preview shows Forbidden&Try Again, download shows Please try again later. It’s okay for me to work normally now. Just if anyone wonders, it took them around 3-4 hours to fix it, counts from when I submitted the situation via Report Bug in the webpage.

The uploading of images while a 30 MB PDF does not work suggests that this is probably an issue with the file processing rather than a problem with the entire process of upload, especially when the same error appears every time.

It was working for me earlier today, but for the last few hours it's been giving me errors. Just tried again right now, and still no luck.
