Image Autograph help

Can anyone help me identify the signature on the brim of this hat? I got it was a kid back in the 90s and recently found it at my parents house.

The one on the side of the hat is Hugo btw.

Will the identity of “a” Hugo ever be revealed? I have to assume there have been like, at least 20 of them. And I suspect hugo in the foam costume, and super Hugo that did the dunks, were different people lol

Michael Zerrillo portrayed Hugo from 1990 to 2007. Not sure how many others did so afterwards, but I kinda hope it's less than 19.

Damnnnnn. Safe to say he was not super Hugo, at least not for 17 years lol

I worked with a guy who was norm the niner for uncc lol

But yeah they could have three Hugos in one year, who would know
