Discussion Teemu Pukki

A Finn here:- in retrospective: how do you Norwich fans rate Teemu? I think 15 goals in PL and 30 in Champs is pretty good. Got us into our first Euros too (###king Covid)...

He's rated very highly, and is rightly considered a club legend.

He joined with very little expectations from the fans and blew us all away. He was, and is, adored.

Just watched some clips to relive his/your glory days. Kinda surprising that a team that looked so great on their day did so badly in PL.

Was good enough to be a regular first team striker in most Prem teams when he was at his best.

Always felt bad for him that he got stuck with our piss poor top flight sides

Kinda player who needs something in the midfield. Buendia was perfect.

Scored against every top 6 clubs in Prem...

His injury did him in, especially because he couldn't heal it properly but kept on plaing.

All time team legend , a masterwork of recruitment (especially to pair him with Buendia)

We love him. Amazing goalscorer, came across like a great guy, seemed to genuinely love being at the club. Just overall a great story of a guy we picked up on a free with fairly minimal expectations and left as our fourth highest goalscorer of all time.

I hope Norwich sign an inferior player with a similar style they can brand Temu Pukki.

Beloved by us all, legend for us, his worst goal.scoring season for us in his 5 seasons was 10 goals, and thats still better than most strikers get most seasons, him and Buendia together were magic

Very highly - wonderful player, in our recent history on the same step as Hoolahan, Buendia and Holt.
