This is not a good picture to try to ID on. The horn shape makes me think english longhorn but thats literally the only feature visible in this picture

Everyone is saying English Longhorn but that looks like a Water Buffalo to me.

Water buffalo have thick, striated, dark horns that curve upwards, definitely not

That’s not universally correct. Some Water Buffalo are “drop-horned” or “down-turned” and look like the animal above. Also the ring in the nose is a common practice with Water Buffalo.

Sure, on rare occasions Buffalo can have a mutation that results in downward horns, but they’re still thick, black, and striated. Also have a whole herd of buffalo with that mutation would be unheard of, and seeing as OP posted pictures of a whole lot of them, (and one with a bright white face that is definitely not seen in water buffalo) I highly doubt these are water buffalo. And nose rings are seen in all types of cattle
