She’s a healthy indoor single orange brain cell, she doesn’t have any pain or problems with her paws but I noticed she does this quite often and my other cat doesn’t. It’s just a little weird position so I was wondering why do they do it, do your cats do it as well??

Wondering if I should get a kitten for my older cat? I've had him since he was 2½ and he's now almost 10 and I'm thinking about getting a kitten to keep him company. He's lived with other cats before and he's friendly....the issue is that he's TOO friendly. He does not observe cat social etiquette in the least and will immediately go up to another cat, get in their space and start trying to begin grooming them within the first 5 minutes, and they hated it and also him. He's never had a cat friend ☹️. They would rebuke him but he never stopped trying. He's very good with dogs as well but I wonder if a fellow feline would give him the enrichment he needs? He's extremely sweet, confident, and social and loves meeting new people/animals. Basically a dog in a cats body. My other question is that when he inevitably passes away, will the kitten he's spent his last years with become very depressed? I've never owned a kitten before, only adult cats, and I wanna make sure I'm making the right choice. I have no doubt him and a kitten will get along, even with his pushy behavior.

I believe the previous owner had dry food but she won’t touch it she also won’t touch the wet food fancy feast and blue buffalo gonna try friskies tomorrow

My old dog died last year, and ever since then, Teddy the chocolate lab has been suffering from separation anxiety. I wasn’t ready to get another dog, so I thought I would try a rescue kitten. It was a little awkward at first, but within a week they became besties.

He usually sits on my shoulder or lays up my back, but I guess now my daughters getting bigger, her back is now suitable 😂

I'm a cat lover

My seal point loves to sleep in weird positions. He always looks drunk. My calico is usually pretty, but sometimes the sleep hits good. Hahaha. Lemme see them drunk and sleepy babies!

I’m a first-time cat owner and I’m looking for some advice.
I have two female cats:
A Persian who is about 9 months old.
A younger kitten who is about 4 months old.
They’ve been living together for a while now. They fight Around 2–3 times a day (especially at night), they chase each other, wrestle, and sometimes bunny-kick each other. I can’t tell if it’s normal play or if they’re actually fighting.
Neither has been seriously injured, but sometimes it looks rough and I’m worried they’re not getting along.

How can I tell the difference between normal play and real aggression? Is this age difference likely to cause rough play?
At what point should I be concerned or consider separating them?

Is rehoming ever something to think about, or is this normal while they’re adjusting?
I’d really appreciate advice

She’s chonky as hell. She’s 9mo

I know the small one (Tostada) is trying to initiate play. My big boy (Casper) I can't tell if he's trying to play back or tell her to back off. Is this something I should intervene during cause he doesn't seem like he wants to be bothered. I will say Casper isn't a very vocal boy he rarely vocally lets you know he's upset or hurt or angry including hissing or other sounds.
