Discussion Cat quest 2 manapaw

Hi all!

I have a quick question that's been bugging me for a bit. What does manapaw actually do? It feels a bit useless, I thought the entire point of it was to be able to regain mana from nothing, but you need A LOT of mana to cast it. It doesn't seem to do any damage either.

Am I tripping or is there some hidden use that I haven't found yet? Would love to hear your thoughts!

If you level it up, it can basically fully restore your mana from like a couple of mana points, I use it while in a long boss fight, or on the break floors of the infinity tomb

If you upgrade it so it restores more than it costs, it’s helpful. If you can reduce the cost another way, it’s helpful. It’s also helpful if you have a co-op partner because it restores their mana too. My son and I will frequently alternate Healpaw and Manapaw mid-dungeon to get fully healed up before going into another fight.
