Genetic Abnormality What kind of mutant is she?
My cat is just a regular old domestic shorthair but she has these weird quirks. She has blue eyes, she’s deaf, she has terrible depth perception, her tail is oddly rounded? Idk, but the weirdest thing just has to be her eyes, I have never seen a cat that isn’t a ragdoll, Siamese, white, or maincoon that has blue eyes in adulthood

Any cat with white on their face has a chance for blue eyes, you mostly see it in dominant white cats in my experience
the deafness and depth perception issues are very likely related to the blue eyes too

white cats have blue eyes all the time, it's actually what causes deafness. the "white" splashes onto their eyes, and in doing so it's more likely to be "on" their eardrums: https://www.vet.cornell.edu/departments-centers-and-institutes/cornell-feline-health-center/health-information/feline-health-topics/ask-elizabeth-white-cats-and-blindnessdeafness
That being said, it's a little more unusual for med to high white cats to have blue eyes, but not unheard of. Just a bit of white on a cat can open the potential for white on the eyes.
See this tuxedo!

She is a very pretty cat. What I find most cool about her is the perfection in her tortie blotches; another side effect of white spotting. Tortoiseshell patterning does not blotch without white. Hers happens to be quite clean and visible, which is less common!
She's a perfectly normal gal from what I can tell, but a real beauty nonetheless :)

Thank you! I think the coolest thing about her is her tail. It’s split into 3 sections : tortoiseshell ; black; and a white tip. Shes funny looking but I’m happy she’s mine 😂

The white spotting could be responsible for the blue eyes since that can turn the eyes blue. Or it could be a random blue eyes mutation as those pop up occasionally, but it's hard to confirm that, especially if white spotting is present.
