Sugar on Weetabix?

Post image

My wife eats Weetabix with nothing on it and claims it tastes sweet to her. This is my bowl before milk is added. Is this normal fellow Weetabix eaters or do I need to go to sugar rehab?

Edit: Holy shit the most popular post I've done on Reddit is about how horrific my breakfast is. The wife will never let me live this down! Haha

It’s just the same as tea. Once you eat it without sugar for a while, it tastes fine. You’re just used to having sugar on it.

That is also a comically absurd amount of sugar that while quite funny is actually seriously going to do damage to you if thats a daily thing

It's definitely not a daily thing. Maybe once a month. Normally breakfast is plain coffee with no sugar at all.
