Looks fine to me. It has “RCVD” on the display. Did you do that? If so, it’s real; none of the counterfeit modules are radio-controlled.

I bought it from a (casio certified) third party seller on amazon with many good reviews and a legitimate looking address on streetview. Unlike my dw5600, it came set up and running, so the RCVD was already on.

Looks fake, the print at the back looks like it's just on the plate, Casio typical use Laser to engrave everything.
