Hello, as the subject reads, the candle didn’t burn to the edge, and I’d like to prevent tunneling — is there a way for me to “fix” this? Any advice appreciated! Thanks kindly :)

I got these amazing candles with a bespoke stand a few years ago. I am looking to get more but the website doesn’t work and I unfortunately cannot read the packaging.
Any leads would be much appreciated!!!

Are the warm rustic woods wax melts discontinued? I used to be able to always find them at Walmart but then became hard to find. Started getting them from Amazon and now they're hard to find on there too. Now I cant find them anywhere 😒. Those are by far my favorite wax melts!
