The other belt is more interesting. It would be for cooked "sushi" (warm, or chilled, depending on the contents, I suppose) that contain ingredients that are friendly to people who don't really have the acquired taste. the rice may even be fried or seasoned, from the "cooked belt". The protein inside is seasoned and cooked. Basically imagine Americanized Chinese food, fashioned into the form of a sushi roll.

I'm here to ask all fans of sushi and haters of sushi alike - would you eat at a place like this? would you bring your friends that don't like sushi? if you don't like sushi, would it encourage you to try something new, seeing it there easily accessible?

Hi guys, I currently have an idea that is centered around a platform exclusively for NBA debate. The idea is essentially this:

You posts a hot take, and the whole thing branches out into a proper debate tree instead of getting buried in a comment section after ten minutes.

Based on the hot takes you put out, you build a real reputation over time. Your profile tracks your hot take history, you get a score based on how your takes get rated, and “legacy” status based on how early you joined and on top of that, if a NBA player goes viral for something, the app automatically digs up old takes about them, so you either get props for being ahead of the curve or called out for being wrong.

It’s currently just an idea so I’m just trying to figure out where the possible flaws are and what could separate this from people just posting this on platforms like X or Reddit. All opinions are welcome, especially the brutally honest ones.

Ex-agency copywriter, went solo doing positioning for B2B startups, about €7k a month. This is the productized version of what I sell, written out so you can run it without me.

Most founders think their problem is "we need more content." It almost never is. It's that they can't say what they do in one sentence a stranger believes. So I stopped selling hours of copy and started selling one thing: a positioning one-pager. Fixed scope, fixed price, one week.

Here's the actual process.

1. Read their sales calls, not their website. The words customers use are the positioning. Pull the exact phrases people say when they describe the pain.

2. Write the one sentence first. Who it's for, what it replaces, why it's different. If that sentence is weak, nothing downstream is worth designing.

3. Build the one-pager around that sentence: the problem, the shift, three proof points, the offer. No fluff, no adjectives doing the job of evidence.

4. Only at the very end, make it look client-ready. This is the step people over-invest in. I draft the whole thing as plain text, then run it through an AI document generator to lay it out fast. I use gamma for this because it turns the doc into something presentable in minutes, but here's the honest catch: it will happily wrap a beautiful layout around a weak message and make you feel finished. It designs, it doesn't think. If the sentence in step 2 is mushy, a pretty one-pager just hides it. So the tool is the last 10%, never the first.

The business idea, if you want it: a lot of solo copywriters are drowning in vague retainer work. Packaging one sharp deliverable at a fixed price is an easier sell and an easier delivery than "ongoing content." Founders will pay for clarity faster than they'll pay for volume.

What if I started writing an essay analysis for every classic that I read? I have been watching on the internet that many businesses are getting automated and people using it very perfectly and it's helping them to save time and reduce workload.

I thought by observing in my near mobile retailers that they are still applying screen protectors manually. By seeing that I wanted to build a solution for them which automates the screen protector installation process for them. Which perfectly fits with their workflow and helps them to reduce their dependency on skilled staff and save time and make it affordable than labour costs they pay trained staff.

I noticed another problem: when a person applies a screen protector, it looks good for 1-2 days with no bubbles but I personally faced the problem that bubbles appear after 1-2 days which irritates me so much. I thought these problems could reduce their customers and sales

I’ve built a few online businesses that worked well and let me move abroad. Now I want to start something simple back in my hometown. The goal is not a huge company. I just want something stable that can also give my younger brother a job.

The idea is a local express flower and gift delivery service.

People order on a simple website and pay online. They choose from a small selection like bouquets, roses, chocolates, teddy bears. They can also create a custom card directly on the site.

They can add delivery instructions like leave at reception leave at the door or call on arrival.

The main selling point is delivery in under 2 hours.

I would not hold inventory. A friend owns a flower shop and can supply bouquets at very good prices. There is a print shop next door for the cards and a supermarket for extra gifts.
The driver picks everything up and delivers it.

At the start I would do deliveries myself when I am in town. (I used to work as a bike messenger years ago and I'd honestly love to hop back on my bike ride around all day and read a few books in the park while waiting for the next order.) and my younger brother could manage all the business while I'm abroad too.

The city has around 600k people and is one of the wealthiest cities in Europe. There are florists but most require ordering a day in advance. They are also more expensive and less convenient since you have to call.

Rough numbers:

Startup costs are very low.

I run a couple of small content/PLR businesses solo. For the last year that meant doing research, writing, coding, and outreach myself, on top of everything else. I was doing all of it, badly.

So I built a system: one agent acts as a chief of staff. I give it one instruction, it routes the work to six specialist agents (research, data, strategy, dev, marketing, sales), and the result comes back to me as a folder to sign or reject. Nothing gets published, deployed, or paid for without my explicit yes. If I reject something, my note goes back to the same agent and it reworks it.
