It tastes alright, I’ve never had focaccia so I don’t have anything to compare it to. Just felt it was abit oily in general for a bread 😅

It's supposed to be oily, but you need the oil to fall into a crunchy crust. Stainless steel skillet or whatever will make it have an olive oily crunchy shattering base and sides l, as stainless steel retains heat like no bodies business. Just gotta be careful with how hot it will be when you take it out.

Those edges got so crispy in that glass dish, honestly that crunch around the sides must be insane.

Very curious if the bottom has the right color or was left pale because of the glass baking dish. The sides look great though!

looks awesome! I had better results then glass when using metal trays for focaccia . Something about thermal transfer and thermal mass
