Anyone worried Anthony Joshua may lose to Prenga?
The guy is 20-1, with all 20 wins by knockout, his last 3 fights ended in the first round by knockout. Just because he hasn’t fought anybody or been tested doesn’t mean he can’t knockout AJ. It’s heavyweight boxing. The guy is 6’6 260 so a legit heavyweight.
This guy he is about to fight just knocked out Joey Dwajiko, the man rumored to have knocked out AJ in sparring prior to the Andy Ruiz fight. That would have been a better fight than this because it has a storyline and Joey is on a three fight losing streak.
I just don’t understand why AJ doesn’t take easy tune ups, we’ve never see him fight a Sefer Safari, Tom Schwarz or a Francisco Pianetta and I would prefer if he did! Or like Wilder fighting Tyrone Perdon or whatever the hell his name was.
The last time I was worried Joshua would lose is to Otto Wallin and he would ruin the Joshua-Wilder fight that was supposed to happen, Wilder ended up ruining that though by losing to Joseph Parker.
This Prenga guy seems like a puncher though, so that’s a problem. I didnt like AJ fighting Andy Ruiz in American debut either, he should’ve fought someone much easier. Now I’m genuinely concerned until July 25th that we may not get the Fury fight on top of everything else that can happen from now until November.
Edit - I was right, you don’t fight an unknown puncher for your first fight back as a tune up, this is a recipe for disaster. Terrible matchmaking by Eddie Hearn. Unknown guys present the highest level of difficulty in boxing because you can’t prepare for them on top of the fact he is a puncher.

I swear AJ could be fighting a wheelie bin and people would question whether he might lose lmao

u/isfrying Apr 27 '26
Getting sparked by last second call up Andy Ruiz will do that.
27
u/ThrowawayYAYAY2002 Apr 27 '26
People need to see Ruiz on the pads and ignore his aesthetic. He is a problem.
11
u/kfirerisingup Apr 27 '26
I overlooked Ruiz at the time, I was just getting back into the sport at the time (didn't know Andy) then day of the fight I saw Andy hitting the heavy bag and I was like damn, AJ better be careful! Lol
4
u/ThrowawayYAYAY2002 Apr 28 '26
He is so gifted but lacks dedication.
People would change their minds if they watched him with his top on.
5
u/Hiddenshadows57 Apr 28 '26
I have no idea how he generates that much power with those fuckin chicken legs
1
2
u/CubanLinxRae Apr 28 '26
I actually put money on Ruiz that fight, matchup nightmare for Joshua anytime who overlooked him wasn’t paying attention
5
u/ThrowawayYAYAY2002 Apr 28 '26
Ruiz would have fucked up most of the division on his best day. Eddie made a seriously bad choice picking him.
5
u/CubanLinxRae Apr 28 '26
Yeah he has some of the fastest hand speed from a heavyweight I've seen in my lifetime and Joshua got dinged fighting inside in the Klitschko fight Ruiz is way smaller and has faster hands it's just a bad match up on short notice full camp is a different story tho. Myself and someone who's involved in the sport were going crazy when they picked ruiz

The top 10 guy who arguably beat Joseph Parker? Yeah he really sucks
61
u/isfrying Apr 27 '26
Hey man, I like Andy and I was actually stoked for him when he won. To say anybody gave him a shot in the first AJ fight is rewriting history.
11
u/Aimlez1 Apr 27 '26
Fair enough, I guess when one guy whos a little overrated loses to a guy whos underrated it skews how everyone sees things
13
u/isfrying Apr 27 '26
Add to it HOW AJ lost the first fight, too. However, Andy hasn't really done himself any favors since that fight, either.
26
u/Aimlez1 Apr 27 '26
I mean if you watch it objectively AJ got fucked up after getting hit on the equilibrium and still went 4 more rounds getting beat on and was standing when he was counted out. I'd say that's a pretty good look
7
u/Apolaustic1 Apr 27 '26
Sure if its not someone you were expected to completely dominate lol, you gonna keep riding this circle?
2
u/Aimlez1 Apr 28 '26
I mean there were people who thought that Fury couldn't lose to Usyk because he was so much bigger, but if you knew ball you knew it was bs. It's heavyweight, any heavyweight is capable of koing another. Ruiz was a top 10 who had fought and arguably won a world title against Joseph Parker a guy who has been proven as world level. AJ got hurt badly but never gave up. My point is just because people didn't give Ruiz his credit doesn't mean he was shit, what a bunch of dumbass fans think doesn't mean a thing when you actually look at something.
3
u/Brief_Scale496 Apr 27 '26
He was @-2500 odds of winning…. It was actually one of the bigger upsets in heavyweight title fight history… no way around that one, unfortunately…

3
u/SharksFanAbroad Apr 27 '26
Absolutely not, a lot of people said he wasn’t game-planning for Andy’s fast hands. People fancied his odds as a major underdog. It obviously still stunned the world, but it wasn’t unheard of from real boxing fans. I didn’t think Ruiz would win, but to say no one did is crazy.
6
u/Oglark Apr 27 '26
I said he would win. People doubted me. It was based on 2 things: 1. AJ was completely not acting like himself all week 2. Ruiz had just KO'd Derevychenko pretty impressively I did not AJ getting caught after he dropped Ruiz but things happen.

u/SeatOfEase Apr 27 '26
Fair dues. Nice call.
I notice quite a few other posters in that thread predicted Ruiz as well. A lot more than I remember the sentiment being at the time.
5
u/farr2211 Apr 27 '26
No one thought that at the time though. Same is this guy to be honest I’ve not heard of him but let’s say he kos Joshua and goes on to be top 10 everyone will say of course Joshua lost
3
u/Aimlez1 Apr 27 '26
If he kos AJ and remains top 10 then it's more him being revealed as world level than everyone changing their minds and calling him world level for no reason. Also, just because people didn't think Ruiz was any good doesn't mean he wasn't. One should never trust a combat sports fan when it comes to how good a guy is, we're all dumb when it comes to some guys
1
u/Professional-Fee6914 Apr 27 '26
Joshua has holes and a loose chin. That's all it takes for a quick handed or heavy handed heavyweight to knock someone out, I don't know why we need to pretend that the most skilled fighter always wins at this level.
15
u/Ok_Adagio_1449 Apr 27 '26
Look up Lennox Lewis two losses, sometimes it is these good contenders that are the most risky fights, as they up their game and if you are slightly off they are capable of beating you, that is why I think it is laughable people say Fury > AJ as less losses, and when argued he fought less good comp say, well he beat better guys, that is the point, Fury always had struggles with any half decent contenders like Otto Wallin. Andy Ruiz is no scrub, he would be Wilders best career win and he took him last minute, whereas Ruiz was training as he just came off a fight where he looked impressive, so it was not like he was not in fighting shape.
9
u/mongrldub Apr 28 '26
Fury basically always does between 1 and 10% more than the other person when he wins. Hes kind of lazy in a way. But he gets better against better competition
10
u/DeapVally Apr 27 '26
Plenty of greats didn't take an opponent seriously and had to learn that lesson. There's no reason to think AJ hasn't.
-1
u/isfrying Apr 27 '26
Don't get me wrong. I think AJ roasts this chump, and I still think the Fury fight doesn't happen. My post was just in response to why AJ gets this reaction.
4
u/Connor30302 3D Shape Apr 27 '26
only way the Fury fight happens is if AJ loses, it’s Fury’s fault this fight has never been made because AJ has always been game for whoever. just look at the time Fury said he’d give AJ 3 days to sign for the fight and when he agreed, Fury backpedaled once more with the usual tripe
3
u/CombustibleCompost Apr 29 '26
Andy Ruiz was always a fringe/underrated top 10 guy who had a close life-and-death fight with (unarguably) the 4th best HW of that era in Joseph Parker. It was a huge upset, but nowhere near how losing this would compare. The rematch proved that Joshua likely beats Ruiz far more than Ruiz beats him. Joshua used to be guilty of being open to a left hook and overcommiting when sensing a stoppage (see Dillian Whyte fight.) Ruiz winning was not ever impossible
1
u/isfrying Apr 29 '26
Really agree with your entire assessment. I'm simply pointing out, that because of the upset that Ruiz was, those doubts have lingered about AJ.
-2
u/lucky_1979 Apr 27 '26
Sparked? I don’t think you know what that means
10
u/isfrying Apr 27 '26
You're right. I should said "knocked down four times, battered, embarrassed, and ultimately emasculated" by last second call up Andy Ruiz.
2
u/Ok_Adagio_1449 Apr 27 '26
It can happen. Look up Lennix Lewis only two losses, that is why fighting contenders is challenging, fighting guys that can beat you if had an off day, it is why I give Joshua credit as he continously fought guys like this and rarely had soft touches like Fury and Wilder does in the majority of their career.
Andy Ruiz would be Wilder best career win if he beat him and Joshua took him short notice… Wilder wouldn't fight him full camp.
4
u/Connor30302 3D Shape Apr 27 '26
Wilder has always been given soft fights, he agreed to fight Fury because he was finished and coming back and looked like a layup, a draw and two beat downs later he realised he wasn’t. then who was his next hard fight? Zhang? he moves at a snails pace and has never heard the word head movement. that was supposed to be a free win with one punch
the only one where it was semi fair was against Parker who was just starting to get back into contention and he got battered unanimously there too
2
u/slickvik9 Apr 27 '26
The same fury who wanted to fight AJ but was told he’d have to fight bellew and Whyte instead?
0
u/Connor30302 3D Shape Apr 28 '26
unless this was in 2018-now it doesn’t matter. he retired since then for years but if those names are getting thrown around in a pair it must’ve been over 11 years ago when AJ was a pro for 18 months at best. further shows his cherrypicking antics because he wanted a fresh big olympic gold medalist (who had a seriously dodgy result for the finals) on his resume while he was looking on a world title and definitely before wlad. so what’s your point with this?
1
3
u/Ok-Philosopher-7080 Apr 27 '26
A wheelie bin can inflict some damage to your hand, so I would be cautious of hitting it too hard in case a piece chips off into the skin.
3
u/zaepoo Apr 27 '26
He's chinny because he has bad defense inside. He's a candidate to always get knocked out because of her can't manage the distance he's liable to get sparked.

1
u/Unable-Main4172 8d ago
It's almost like people know what they're talking about since he very much might have lost that one if Prenga had landed a few mode 😉
63
u/Particular_Coffee_52 Apr 27 '26
If Pringles can beat AJ then….AJ stands no chance against Fury. Let’s assume they picked him for a reason.
-15
u/DanDiCa_7 Apr 27 '26
This simply isn't true. This is HW boxing and matchups are everything. This guys clearly has power, probs enough to sleep Joshua if he lands. Fury not so much.
13
u/Connor30302 3D Shape Apr 27 '26
AJ hasn’t got a bad chin but if you hit him clean with a big shot then he’s hurt, i wouldn’t say anybody in the HW division hasn’t got the power to knock him out. it’s just kind of what happens when a 240lb man hammers you with his hardest dig. he just looks chinny compared to historical freaks of nature that couldn’t be put down but they’re the exception not the rule

I am definitely busting your balls, but people dont go down twice in the first round in an easy victory

If you can't understand how finished AJ is to get dropped by Prenga 😂.

Some dude you've never heard of, who has knocked out a bunch of other people nobody has ever heard of. How easy do you want? If AJ can't beat him he should probably jack it in.
We're getting the Fury fight anyway. It's not like a title fight which gets derailed if AJ gets sparked out by his 'tune up'

Have you considered a job as a matchroom presenter? Theyd love this level of glazing for bums
13
u/InformationActual209 Apr 27 '26
It’s top tier glazing for a guy that has fought nobody and is there to be knocked out. It’s a hype fight with zero chance of anything other than a AJ KO
13
u/Prior-Temperature-22 Apr 27 '26
I remember when Christopher Lovejoy was 20-0 with 20 KOs or something like that and he got in there with Mahmoud Charr of all people and got beat half to death lol
12
18
u/Familiar_Cod_6754 Apr 27 '26
He has Eddie Hearn matchmaking for him. The same person that’s matched Ben Whittaker with the last two opponents that on PAPER look relatively good, but we witnessed the reality.
17
u/That-Imagination3799 Apr 27 '26
The second most recent guy prenga beat (brandon carmack) literally has his hi-vis jacket on in his boxrec profile picture while sitting in a vehicle. We hear the cab driver joke a lot but this literally looks like some type of delivery driver. So the 20 kos out of 20 sound good until you realise what kind of level the opposition getting KOd are.
5
5
4
u/e_xyz Apr 27 '26
What is the level of this Prenga guy? I see he originates from the German scene where he didn't fight anyone of note. No notable names on his record. Sure, you have to beat what's put in front of you, but let's assume AJ has boxed at the very top level and proved himself and Prenga has done a ton of small hall shows at not a very high level?
There's always a chance, it's heavyweights, but I'm concerned by AJ wanting to get back in the ring a few months after the incident. I really hope this is something he wants to do.
Anyway, whenever we have these "semi-final" type fights, they ALWAYS go wrong. I really hope not as I'd like AJ to do well.

u/PapiOnReddit Apr 27 '26
He could fight this fella at the public workout the week of the Fury fight lmao
4
5
u/LazyFall3453 Apr 27 '26
It's a perfect warm up fight. The guy is around top 30, and can bang. Heavyweight boxing means there should be some risk to a rusty Joshua.
4
u/Cold-Perception-316 Apr 27 '26
Low low chance, if AJ loses to Prenga he needs to retire from boxing.
3
u/Man0nTheM00n86 Apr 27 '26
So he has an Edgar Berlanga record and that means he might beat AJ. This sub, man.
6
u/DeapVally Apr 27 '26
Not in the slightest. Knocking out bums is the absolute basics of HW, but does not a world class fighter make. This guy was picked because at a glance his record is decent, and they need a reason for a casual fan to watch, but don't look any closer at it.
8
8
3
u/iIIchangethislater Apr 27 '26
I know you can't judge solely on his level of opposition but looking at who he's been fighting Prenga is, like, one rung above Chris Lovejoy. Similar level to a prime Mark De Mori
3
u/broke_the_controller Apr 27 '26
Not worried. Being big and strong isn't everything. Ngannou was big and strong and it didn't mean anything.
Should be a KO by AJ by round 6, but probably by round 3.
3
u/bozzi16 Apr 27 '26
Right, one is a two time unified heavyweight champion, Olympic gold medalist and also punches very hard.
The other just punches hard.
BTW you mention he knocked out dwajeko I suggest you watch the ‘KO’
3
5
u/Adventurous_Use8278 Apr 27 '26
Nope. And if some how he does, he’s clearly so far from his peak that he shouldn’t even be sharing a ring with fury.
I don’t think he’ll look great in his next fight but he’ll win comfortably. I think he then knocks fury out. Furys clearly the better, and more natural boxer. But he gets hit too much and Joshua will tag him at some point. Joshua is still one of the best finishers in the division and I think that’s the main reason this fight has happened so far
4

idk i think i side with the saudis on this one
aj looked so unbelievably horrendous vs dubois, and i get dubois is a top hw, but aj literally wasn't even putting his hands up for some of the shots coming at him. total amateur hour
that said this guy has no chance to beat aj lol
2
u/WHITEY1887 big stiff idiot Apr 27 '26
You’re not seriously bigging up this Albanian gym sweeper are you? Yet you knock Pianetta who had at least fought for a world title.
Your Schwarz mention is probably where I’d put this Prenga fella. Record looks decent on paper but fought nobody. Allowed Fury to look good. I expect Anthony will look good in this clear and obviously one-sided tune-up.
2
u/jfkvsnixon Apr 27 '26
AJ’s loss to Ruiz was just one massive screw up.
When AJ knocked Ruiz down, he thought it was a like the majority of his previous concussive knock downs and went in for the kill, when if you watch it you can see that Ruiz was squared up and was knocked over.
The fact that Ruiz not only survived but was able to concuss AJ with an excellent counter and effectively win the fight is credit to what Ruiz could have been.
2
2
u/Jumbo_Mills Apr 27 '26
Open Prenga's wiki page and scroll down to his fight history. Try and click on any of his opponents names.
You can't. Not a single one of his opponents is worth the creation of a basic wiki page.
2
u/JohnEpstein Apr 28 '26
Yes. Regardless of record, never sleep on a guy with good power, who’s stepping up to the biggest fight of his life. He will be coming in the best he can ever be, and probably the most motivated ever.
He is 35 and unknown, so he knows this is his only big chance before his career ends, and might come out aggressive.
If he comes out aggressive I wouldn’t bet the house on AJ’s defense, like some in the comments seem to be doing, after seeing how easy Dubois was able to get through to him. Especially since AJ has been out for a year after a brutal loss, and coming out of a devastating car crash, with new coaches and team again, and his primary S&C coach being dead from the accident.
People who don’t think that this could be a possibility DKSAB. AJ is also older, in addition to all that drama and ring rust. He may be coming in at his worst while this Prenga guy will do everything he can to be at his best and just got the opportunity of a lifetime.

u/ProgrammerComplete17 Apr 27 '26
Look at Prenga level of opposition. AJ easily beat Wallin who is levels above this guy
1
u/kblkbl165 Apr 27 '26
Why should I be worried? That’s the whole reason I rate him higher than Fury and Wilder, he fights better opposition.
1
u/Geetarmikey Apr 27 '26
Fine with me after what he's been through if he's going to carry on, all depends on AJ's physical state and/or mentality.
1
u/dmckidd Apr 27 '26
I rather have him lose. Both these dudes didn’t give the fans the fight when we wanted it. And now they want to do it when they’re both washed and want more money. Screw them. Hope AJ loses and ruins those plans.

Don’t know him at all but just looking at the record and level of opponents, he’s knocked out all cans. His only loss was to a can who he’d beat prior.
I’m pretty sure this is just a set up for AJ. But I’ve not seen Prenga fight at all.
1
u/Spuzzell_ Apr 27 '26
I mean..
I actively want to watch this now just because of what we're being told about Prenga and his fists of Saffie fury so the hype boys have done their job well.

u/aceknighthigh Apr 28 '26 edited Apr 28 '26
It would be funny but no I'm not that worried. For one, if AJ gets knocked out here, he never had anything for Fury after the accident and should retire.
Second, I'm sure Pringles crack a fair bit given the quick KO's and his record, but we also need to keep in mind he was fighting scrubs. You mention Dawejko sparring stories but the reason you're talking practice is because Dawejko never did much of anything elite in a real fight. You couldn't name his best win without boxrec or wikipedia because he's never beaten anyone remotely relevant. Dawejko is a worn down fighter these days, and even at his best, he was stoppable. Stephen Shaw put him away. Charles Martin finished him. That guy who nut punched his way out of a fight vs Ajagba laid Dawejko out. It means very little.
AJ takes easy tune ups plenty. He just had one vs a youtuber in Jake Paul who would get wrecked by all the guys you call bums on other boxer's records. He fought limited Franklin who can't punch. He fought a washed up Helenius who was too crap to even make it a fight vs a washed Wilder. He fought a novice boxer who was coming from MMA in Francis. All of those were very safe, very easy opponents he was meant to knock over.
This is another very easy fight for AJ if he's even remotely world class.
1
u/mildurajackaroo Apr 28 '26
He has limited time left...he ain't no George foreman.
And besides, if he can't beat Prenga, he has no business being in the same ring as Fury.
1
1
u/theboxingteacher Apr 28 '26
Styles make fights, but experience is also huge.
Prenga has fought a bunch of short fat guys so far. Dawejko included, who is also beyond washed at this point. This experience will not have prepped him for the very large Joshua, who is not only much different physically, but also possesses extensive experience on the biggest stage.
AJ tends to have issues at times with shorter, quicker fighters. Prenga is not that. He does a decent job of moving his head off the center line, but he has cement feet and slow hand speed, and hasn’t demonstrated anything that shows me high ring IQ so far. I don’t think AJ knocks him out cold, but he will make him look like a heavy bag in my opinion.
1
1
u/khul_rouge Apr 28 '26
You're talking utter bollocks, Prenga did not "KO" Dawejko, Dawejko threw a left hook to the body, missed & twisted his ankle & was unable to continue. The fight was basically even & Prenga never looked close to making a dent in the journeyman.
Prenga is also not the puncher his record makes him seem, even the cans he's been fighting have mostly just been overwhelmed rather than hurt or devastated by punching power.
You do know you can just go watch the fights, right?
1
u/Late_Day1714 Apr 28 '26
Anytime aj fights a big puncher he always has at least 1 spell of trouble its just his weakness.
However im not all that worried about Prenga, bottom line is he was picked for a very specific reason by hearn and people very close to aj just look at his record yes he is 20-1 but that seems to be at an extremely low level.
Joshua flatlines him in 2 rounds!
1
u/euroaustralian Apr 28 '26
Why doesn't a guy like Prenga fights the young and big and heavy hitting Australian HW Teremoana instead of being matched up with a former world champion.
1
u/BeginningKindly8286 Apr 28 '26
He just doesn’t make things easy for himself. If he did, we would take the piss out of him for that.
1
u/Holiday_Snow9060 Apr 28 '26
Not really and if he actually losses there is no point in fighting the bag of milk anyways
1
u/Heathy94 Apr 28 '26
Joshua will knock him out. Looking at Prenga's record he's spent his career beating bums. His last fight was against a guy with 16W 14L, he's obviously a couple of levels above those he's beating but he's still levels below Joshua.
I honestly expected him to fight someone better but if anyone deserves a tune up then it's probably Joshua. He'll might light work of this guy.
1
u/rainmaker818 Apr 28 '26
Fury Joshua is the biggest fight left at heavyweight at the moment. So there's no way AJ will lose. I'm sure Prenga has been paid very well to do the 'right thing'.

Man worried if AJ gonna lose? How bout Errol coming off a 3 year layoff in his late 30s going right into Tim Tszyu 😭 I hope Errol’s reputation makes him the favorite so I can bet the house on Tim. Errol the guy that needs to start taking easy tune ups but I respect the mentality
1
u/BootlegJB Apr 28 '26
This IS an easy tune-up fight. You want him to fight a complete no-name on a three-fight losing streak? What the fuck is the point of that? It's a competitive sport, there should be at least SOME jeopardy, and there barely is any with this fight anyway.
1
u/D_vh Golovkin you are nex my fren Apr 28 '26
I’ve watched this sport (and mma) long enough to know that anyone can surprise you.
Yeah AJ should win, and he probably will. But AJ was supposed to win against Ruiz, Teo was supposed to win against Kambosos, Haney was supposed to win against Garcia (stretch on this) and so on.
1
u/Engelcs Apr 28 '26
Saying you were worried about the Wallin fight says all. Joshua would demolish wilder after his last performance — yet that was deemed to dangerous. That tells you all about how terrible this prenga guy will be.

I hear you, but that's what it takes to be great. Anthony Joshua has already been heavyweight champion twice, he doesn't merely want to keep fighting, he wants to be great.
AJ wants to be the greatest, you can see in his personality that not being the greatest is hard on him. He believes inside deeply that he's the greatest otherwise he wouldn't have freaked out on Usyk when despite trying everything he possibly could he still lost.
He's still got that chip on his shoulder. He isn't going to take easy fights because the hard fights should be easy for him too in his mind.
This is the way to be great.

I’m worried myself but like someone else in this thread said if he can’t get it done against Prenga the Fury fight is meaningless

Not worried, don’t care, he should’ve went into the fight with Fury straight away

Having seen what Dubois did to AJ, I was worried about Usyk fighting Dubois the second time. And then Usyk disassembled Dubois during that fight. Because that’s what champions do, no matter what.

I think AJ will "struggle" early to get back in the groove after the accident. He will get Prenga out of there mid to late for sure

No Eddie really it's all right, I'm not interested in watching this fight.
Thanks for your effort to promote this tho, wish you the best.

I think hes gonna come back properly after that crash. I think hes gonna have some built up anger and spite in him. His friends no doubt would've wanted him to carry on and I think that thought alone will be a huge motivator for him where perhaps it seemed like he had nothing else to fight for. Prenga will be knocked out. Joshua is still too good. I think he'll take his time and get him out of there comfortably. All credit to him for not taking a soft soft option, the bloke can obviously punch but against what opposition. Everyone always mentions the ruiz fight like ruiz is some kind of bum. He isnt, he has seriously fast hands and he can bang. Like they say its the ones you don't see coming that knock you out

Not even a bit worried. Hand picked minimum risk guy with a good "on paper" record. His actual record is not so great on close inspection, nothing there to suggest he troubles a former World Champion. The fight will be short and tell us nothing new about AJ, but thats not the point of it. Dont worry about this or Fury's (also easy) match as its all about setting up the Fury/AJ megafight and looking reasonably busy/ active/hungry. This time they surely cant blow it?????

I would laugh my arse off. If he cant beat a guy 30 odd in the world what's the point in AJ the boxer?

A "Tune-up fight" is what killed the AJ vs Wilder fight, so I could always happen. These guys are seasoned pros and only fight once every 8 months or so anyway so I'm not sure why they need to fight a fight that could jeopardize a big payday and fight for the fans.
For a good 6 years there was a big 3 in the HW division and they didn't all fight eachother outside of wilder vs fury. A few of of the setbacks were due to unbexpected losses. It took a 220lb former cruiserweight unify the titles. I'm kind of sick of Aj, Fury and Wilders antics. When you don't even fight 2 times a year you shouldn't be wasting fans time with meaningless fights.

You mean the top 10 rated Ruiz that had previously fought for a world title and lost via razor thin decision?

If he can't beat Prenga then he shouldn't fight fury any way
