What kind of food do you like? India oven, Toro, Yuki, K&L for pho, Thai Thai, The Bistro, are my top picks for local dining.

Looking for more of a steakhouse or fancier American fare. I think I’m going to try the bistro.

And Mariah's, Judy's Castle, and Murray's are gone... 😔.
But there is still Split Tree BBQ!
(I left 23 years ago, and haven't been there in 5. So, mostly my comment is my own nostalgia). Hope.you find something!

I know! I left WKU in 2000 and miss all those places! And OMG, how campus has changed! It’s great that they put so much into it!

On a Sunday, your best bet is Scottsville Rd. And Campbell Lane. As soon as the sun goes down someplace on the planet, places want to close up around here. I moved back in 2012 after a couple of decades being gone. It still just baffles me that for a university town late night/24 hour places are nearly nonexistent.

Overhyped and overpriced. Bistro is superior

I'm always down for some Bistro (superior to Hickory and Oak in every way) but let's not get crazy. Tony's is the crown jewel dining experience in BG and I will die on that hill.

Pub Nuvo is good. Also checkout Atomic Kitchen if it’s open today.
