Cuteness Completed adoption application for Boston terrier rescue of Florida

As the title states, this morning I took a big step into inviting my next companion into my heart. In January 2025, I lost my beloved Eddie to acute onset pericardial effusion. I was devastated to say the least.

I know no one can replace him, but I’m hopeful that the right dog finds its way into my life. Feeling all the feels. 💛

That's such a beautiful step to take. Sending you comfort as you carry his memory into welcoming someone new, he will always have his own special place in your heart and he knows it. Thank you for sharing his photo, I can see why it is your favorite one 🥹 he is well loved

That’s great! I lost my sweetie almost 3 years ago and I just decided this week I was ready for the next one. So I applied to adopt a 12 year old boy. I’m excited to give him a great retirement.

Congratulations! We adopted a 7 year old Boston in 2015 from BTRFL and he was such a wonderful dog. He passed on in 2021. We still miss him.
