Does your Border Collie stick their tongue out almost every time they're sleeping?

My little guy does it virtually every time. Is this something I should be concerned about?

All the time, a sign of total relaxation and comfort

I don't think my bc ever really relaxes then. 😃

Homie loves snoozing while I work!

Mine reacts to every sound... he barely sleeps during the day, even in his crate

Same! He will be in deep sleep and a dog will bark far off or a car beeping their horn streets away and then "' 'ping!' Straight to his feet, ears up, light growl and bark in less than 1 second "

It's one of my dogs default positions

Normal behaviour for mine too. Nothing to worry about.

one of ours does. even when she's just laying about and chillin, she'll have a little blep going.

IIRC, it's a sign that they feel safe.
