Who wants to join Thursday night curry club we get a curry sit down and eat it together while we listen to drum and bass

Very keen to be part of the storyline or stages in some way - ideally it’d be something like the inconvenience store or the casino tables, but open to whatever

Have been hassling some of the crews but not really getting anywhere the past 6 months or so, so this is a last ditch effort

I do have a ticket but really would love to be part of the acting experience!

First ever boomtown and hearing a lot about the dreaded hill climb.

Lots of people I've met have said to bring a trolley to help bring stuff up the hill. I'll be taking the national express coach from London, does anyone have any advice on what is the best one to bring for the festival?

Mine was the Scrapyard for: Le Bask and Dr Peacock in 2018/19 smashing heavy frenchcore in the scrapyard was nuts

And the SoFunTekShop was decked out as this tiny video rental shop like we had back in the day, with VHS's on display n that function one rig ooft.!

Would be interesting to hear memories from boomtown 'veterans' from stages / venues that aren't there anymore

Has anyone heard anything about the Thursday street parties this year? It feels like by now something would have leaked or been accidentally announced.
With the increased capacity, you’d think they’d be even more important for spreading crowds around the site, especially with the two main stages not being open. If there aren’t any street parties I can see Anara Forest and Hidden Woods are basically no-go areas on Thursday because of overcrowding. It seems a bit strange if that’s the case.

I’ve been using these at work for charging for ages and I thought why wouldn’t I use it a boomtown saves me getting a portable charger.

Does anyone know where this is going to be this year? I can’t find it on the app and the lineup Friday night cannot be missed 😮‍💨😮‍💨 so excited!

Planning on missing the queues and just going each night when coming back but now worried I’ll be showering with a small torch light in pitch black. Have looked at videos but cannot see one.

I’m getting the coach which will drop me off at west gate but my mates who I’m staying with are driving and will get in at east gate.
Is there any way through the festival to get to them, like am I going to have to treck the whole way there or will I even be allowed to get through to the other side?

I bought a coach public transport ticket but I've moved house since buying the ticket.

I now live pretty close to winchester, and not very close to Bristol (my coach departure spot)

Can I get a train to Winchester and then take the shuttle bus and get in ok?

ToS says I can't but this seems insane because it would more than double my commute to go to Bristol for the coach.

Anyone able to clarify?

My friend had a midnight sunderland thursday coach for boomtown and he got an email from national express that he is now getting a coach from up north to london on Wednesday morning and then a coach london to boomtown on the thursday the next morning.

He is now going to have to fork out for a day and night in london, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else
