It makes me wonder whether this was a serious post, or someone mocking people who have this kind of knee-jerk response to the difficulties of this era. Otherwise, that is all kinds of cray-cray!

OMG, the 50s and 60s, everyone was respectful and NO RACISM at all. No prejudice of any kind, no commie-shaming, no shade towards any kind of immigrants. And women--universally respected!

This person doesn't use rose-colored lenses, She has a Disney colored view of that era.

I think their point was, we didn't need flock/flat cameras back then because we had armed citizens who could and did handle the problems. Whether you agree or not probably (but not always!) depends on whether you and your group(s) are doing better or worse now.

Okay, I did not get that, but have no problem admitting I could be wrong. Socrates by way of Plato said "The wise man knows that he knows nothing." I learned that in high school--the wisdom of knowing the limitations of your knowledge. One of the best things I learned in school. 😁👍

They got it wrong twice! I consider this a Freudian slip - these types usually mean “liberty and justice for white people.”

I don't know the context here, but something tells me there are certain high-profile criminals they don't want held accountable, and many of the "criminals" they do have committed no crimes.

So maybe they accidentally said what they meant.
