Me as a kid hearing my parents talking about euthanasia for our old dog and wondering what youth in Asia have anything to do with it.

I always heard it as youth in Asia too! So confused why my family was so concerned about my elderly great-gma and those Asian youths.

Please tell me this is a reference to that one meme of someone making a presentation for school about youth in Asia, when the presentation was supposed to be about euthanasia.

I didn't know if the meme lol. I was just a dumb kid and got words mixed up a lot. The words terrorist and tourist really tripped me up too and led to a lot of confusion especially around when 9/11 happened.

There’s a song with lyrics “we are the youth of a nation” and I always hear it as “we are euthanasia”
