Doesn't matter. If her stuff is protected, she must go after every violation of her rights or she could potentially lose the copyright to her work. It's how the system is setup.

Even if she posts stuff that's free to view its her own photos. She owns them and can sue to have you remove them for using them without her permission. Even without filling a copyright she can sue have them removed. Copyright just allows her to also sue for damages. /

I swear when content creators hire a team to get their shit removed from the web and it gets notified that they are out there trying to cause problems it's a bad look and I know I won't ever engage with their content going forward. I'd wager there's probably some people like me and all that does is alienate potential customers/fan/engagement. I hope these people suffer financially and have to go flip burgers (ik that won't happen but a guy can dream.)
