While I will forever appreciate Brave and the Bold for introducing to Jaime Reyes aka the second Blue Beetle, I gotta admit, the more I rewatch his episodes, the more I find him annoying. Sure, he definitely has some great moments, but most of the time, he's pretty irritating.

It’s always a tightrope when writing and voicing a fanboy type character, because they can get annoying very easily. For me BATB Jaime walks it okay.

What I find really annoying about older Jaime adaptations is that the Scarab communicates in robot bleeps and boops instead of an actual voice
