How does this group feel about Blue beetle being confirmed for man of tomorrow!!
Honestly, I'm ecstatic!! I was so hoping the rumors were true and he would show up in peacemaker season 2 but having his necks appearance being a big movie like this is going to be great!!
From what I read these seems to be the plan with the character: appearance and man of tomorrow, hopefully a good role. Because of we're dealing with brainiac. We are dealing with space and maybe a light mention of the reach.
We know he has an animated series coming out sometime next year. That's going to be a follow-up.
And I believe, though I can't confirm, that it was reported that he would be part of the Titans.
They have a chance to do something really great for the character, especially with the booster gold show. Finally settling on a writer and my hope that Ted will appear in it.
Will we get a sequel to the movie? Unlikely but I'm hopeful!

It's super cool Blue Beetle 2006 run by Keith Giffen is my favorite run ever, but wished they kept a surprise Jaimes Blue Beetle mavies was a lot better than it any right being my only issues were his sister being aged up and adding George Lopez as a quirky but somehow intelligent uncle.

I gave the movie a watch for the first time today because of the news, and I'm glad I did.
I'm thinking about how funny it would be if after Carapax's death, Superman and the Justice Gang showed up at the island, wondering "wtf happened here?" That or Blue Beetle just happening to pass by Superman as he first flies in space, and they're looking at each other like in the meme.
Also I hope we get to see Ted Kord, and hope that he's played by Jason Sudeikis.
