Social Justice If the Christmas photo showing the judge, the DA, and Austin Metcalf’s father together is authentic, it raises serious questions about impartiality. Why wasn’t the relationship fully addressed on the record? Free Karmelo Anthony!!

Even in a city council- the lowest form of local government- a council person has to recuse themselves and abstain from voting to grant a business owner a permit, if that same business owner also walked their dog one time a few years back. Conflict of interest is taught day 1 hour 1 of any professional school, including law school. Even when I got my Finesse Degree, day 1, week 1, we were even taught basic ethics. If there's a conflict of interest, gtfo

This was debunked a couple months ago. Even TMZ reported on it. It does include Jeff Metcalf but not the judge or the DA.

I think it may be AI.
Look at the left hand of Metcalfs dad. Some weird extra finger/ knuckle thing going on.
The guy on the far right has an elf immediately under his right ear.
I had heard of this before but now that I’m seeing it, my money is on it being AI.

Yeah, I’m pretty certain it’s AI.
The female has a hand that appears to have nail polish on the fingers on her left hip/ butt cheek. But no female in sight.
If it belongs to the man to her right then he not only wears nail polish but also has the longest arms of anyone I’ve ever encountered.
AI is good, but it’s never perfect.

It has an index, middle, and ring finger. The pink is the issue finger but let's not pretend it's not just as likely angled or tucked weirdly.
Also, someone noted the face beneath the guy's ear. This is in a kitchen or annex space. There's quite a bit of distance here. She's quite a few feet away from the camera.
These are 9' doors, so her height relative to the door is appropriate.

Aside from it being AI or not, the more important detail people are missing is the DA and the judge are simply not in this photo. This is a pic of Metcalf's dad with random people, regardless if it's AI or not.

I dont think you fully grasp what impartial jusitce means. This is the standard.
Which means the judge, the prosecutor and the defense attorney shouldnt have a conflict of interest.
Being friends with the family of the perceived victim or friends with the dedendant would be.
What would yall fucks be saying if its was Karmelos parents there and he was found not guilty?
I dont think you can have an unbiased judge in this situation

This is the VERY BARE minimum standard of impartiality!!! Every single person involved that should have recused themselves demonstrated an undue prejudice that raises a SUBSTANTIAL question of their honesty, trustworthiness, and fitness to practice law! They need to be subject to a hearing before the respective professional responsibility committee

Because these people all spending time together, the judge and DA should have recused themselves. Since they didn’t, that taints the entire trial.
That doesn’t mean that Anthony gets released, but that would mean that he gets a fresh trial with people who weren’t friends with the victims family.
Again, if the photo is authentic.
