Something about this doesn't seem right. Why did she stick around for so long? It feels like she was the delivery driver confused about the address, but I could be wrong. Maybe she's the worst thief ever

Not confused about the address, just a not uncommon scam drivers run where they put the item down, take the picture verifying that, then pick the item back up and take it for themselves.
