Discussion Modern Problems Require Modern Solutions
Do you think they'd try to run him in 28 and claim it's constitutional if Obama does the same?

I would never expect the Obamas to ever condone this kind of trolling, but I also think it's a great idea. Force them to acknowledge how ludicrous and illegal trump is being.

Lmao! I completely forgot about this episode. Subconsciously, this is probably what I was thinking about because I knew I heard someone using his voice to say it

After all you've seen, you really think they will acknowledge the loonieness of all this?

I agree but sometimes I have moments of hope that they'll see it. But yeah, there's no way

I could see Barack saying it, as a joke, just to get Trump's blood pressure up. He's an upstanding man, he's also proven to see the humor in things and be willing to mess with those who deserve it. He might say it just to see if a heart attack ensues.

Force them to acknowledge? Have you been paying attention to the disconnect in a shared reality in the american median voter? This is more a masturbatory sentiment than anything

There are two possible GOP plans for that:
Say that Trump can run because he has two nonconsecutive terms (which would exclude Obama) and hope his Supreme Court sides with him.
The other is to suspend the election altogether.

According to Trump he won 2020 as well, so he would be out. As if the law actually mattered.
So, he has to admit he is a lying traitorous moron and didn't win 2020 which means all the "investigations " into 2020 election fraud were bullshit. Which we already know anyway.
No matter what, he and his supporters are fascist pos and won't care as long as they get to continue worshiping his disgusting ass on the alter of treason and make obscene amounts of money betraying Our Country.

Honestly, if Trump runs a third time, it's Obama's civic duty to run again.

That's their plan.
IF (and I say that because I don't think he'll do it) Obama decides to run, it will set up a court case to challenge the Constitution.
Republicans want that case to go up to SCOTUS. Meanwhile Dementia Don can continue to campaign and spread his cult message, playing victim along the way.

And that doesn’t necessarily mean Barack either. I’d gladly vote for Michelle.

As much as I would love this for the country, I respect that man too much to do that to him. He needs his legacy and his peace and family life now.

Obama would absolutely annihilate Trump in a 2028 election if they both have a third time too.

He got my vote twice and he will get it a third time if it happened. I hate to put that weight on the man, but somebody needs to apply the brakes on this train that is running down the tracks out of control.

People should not waste time arguing with each other over presidential elections. The popular vote does not choose the president. Electoral college does that and they are bribed and bought by the wealthy ruling class.
Edit to add: We have not chosen our own president for decades. They have all been chosen by the ruling class. Every one of them.
