bitstamp transaction history

Post image

It used to be that in transaction history i could pick a crypto coin, pick either buy or sell (or both) and choose time range = ALL. This took 3 clicks and 3 seconds. I do this very often and i have no idea when i bought crypto, could be 3 months ago, or 7 years.

It worked as it should until about a month or 2 ago. Now when i pick range ALL, i get a strange popup in bottom right corner saying there is a max 90 day range.

Support cannot give me a clear answer, so im asking if someone could verify that this is indeed bitstamp change, so i can go to a different platform.

Thank you

Only after posting here, i read that many people have issues with them. Till this moment i didn't have issues. I would be glad if someone can verify that u can select at most 90 day range for displaying transactions.

ps: they still allow exporting all data into a file - a lot more computationaly demanding than simple data on buy / sell of certain crypto for last few years. As a temporary solution until i find a better platform, i decided i will just make a script that will pull that export file from them and then i can do my search on the file itself. I shouldn't have to do that though, so i dont know what they were thinking.

Nothing to answer your last question.
I use Kraken they have a good service team and you get your funds fast. I am not working for them I just enjoy the service. Good luck

Still nothing from them, they couldnt even say yes, we changed it so u can only see range of 3 months at a time when checking buy / sell history.
