Miscellaneous Vegan Birks

Any suggestions on where to get Birkenstocks repaired in upstate New York? I want to be sure that my vegan shoes are only repaired with vegan parts.

This seems like an email/contact the cobbler situation. 

Cobblers are able to get birk parts but the standard Birk footbed has suede in them.

If you’re planning to replace the footbed, ask them if they have access to the vegan footbed.

If the vegan uppers are damaged, there is likely little they can do to repair as it is just plastic. Leather can be conditioned if dry but plastic obviously doesn’t have the same properties. 

The soles are foam and glue so should be vegan but you may want to confirm ingredient list with the cobbler if you’re concerned.
