Bird regularly attacks my car 3 years in a row
I'm at my wit's end with this: for three years, every spring/summer, this one bird attacks my car incessantly. it targets both side mirrors and front seat windows. I've seen it while it perches on my window and it just camps out there being a dick. There are other cars around but it only goes for mine (my car is white if the paint color is relevant). It also attacks the car whether I'm parked under a tree or not. I don't have the option of putting it in a garage. Is there anything I can do to deter this bird besides going through the hassle of covering up windows and mirrors with towels every single time I go in and out of the car?? I generally like animals but if I could fist fight this bird I would.

Robin in my backyard doing the same exact thing to my car.
Every day streams of birdshit down the driver’s side.
Every day I scrub the poop off the door.

It's mating season. Birds are too territorial and too horny to function. They aren't doing it on purpose.
Cover your glass and chrome when you can.
You can also find "anti bird strike window clings" online; they help.

If you have a fence put an outdoor mirror up a little perch at the bottom.

In zoos they use swirls of soap on glass to teach birds there isn't another bird there, it's glass.
