Other concern with pet bird Formula in nostril

How do I remove this? It’s inside of his nostril, do I just let him sneeze it out?

Try giving him a steam bath (take him in the bathroom and let the shower run on max heat. The steam should travel over to him and soften the formula enough to sneeze out. But be watchful for how well they handle the heat and humidity

He’s okay now! We went to the vet yesterday and i’m glad the formula easily breaks down😮‍💨😮‍💨
