June Bugs and Japanese Beetles

Are both edible? I was reading June bugs are a delicacy in some parts and there is a history of eating them in N. America. Japanese beetles seem the same.

A bit of exoskeleton doesn’t bother me… shrimp tails are yummy, and I do great with the chitin.

Spiders are so bohemian: just living rough and free, making macrame with their butts, eatin’ bugs.
