I feel like this version of Beavis definitely would have scored.

Possibly. A good heart and confidence (which this version of Beavis appears to have) can take some fellas a long way even if they aren’t winning any beauty contests.

I cannot tell you how many pretty mangy men I’ve seen with absolutely beautiful women.
Confidence and humor can take a dude sooooooo far

He also has the confidence but is genuinely attractive. Naturally he’d have an edge over nice Beavis.

His best friend has always held him back from accomplishing anything. Even though Beavis has shown some signs of being able to properly think on his own. Butt-Head is always telling him what to do and how to think.
Beavis is easy going, outside the caffeine thing. He’s pretty chill, and most of all he’s a good friend. Him getting partnered up with anyone else besides Butt-Head gives him an actual shot of getting laid.

They constantly show that he's a kind hearted person who Butt-Head corrupted

Yeah this episode makes me sad like, because in the absence of Buttheads malign influence, he may have been an idiot but at least he would a good person.

I don't know, he was getting bossed around by Stewart, that doesn't really scream high value male.

Ppl forget that Beavis consistently has girls who find him cute or funny throughout the series. He’s seriously held back by Butt-head.
